      以玉米品种隆平206和郑单958为材料,设置3个种植密度D1(57 000 株/hm2)、D2(67 500 株/hm2)、D3(78 000株/hm2 ),分析成熟期玉米淀粉粒分布特征和籽粒灌浆阶段ADPG焦磷酸化酶的活性变化。结果表明:玉米淀粉粒粒径范围为0.4~30.0 μm,平均粒径随种植密度增加而逐渐增加;玉米淀粉粒体积分布呈双峰曲线,表面积分布呈三峰曲线,随种植密度的增加,中型淀粉粒(3 μm≤粒径≤18 μm)的体积、表面积百分比显著下降,大型淀粉粒(粒径>18 μm)则显著升高;淀粉粒数量分布呈单峰曲线,种植密度对2个品种的淀粉粒数量分布无显著影响;2个玉米品种灌浆阶段ADPG焦磷酸化酶活性随种植密度的增大而降低。
英文摘要:
      In this study, to understand the starch granule size distribution in maize endosperm and the change of ADPG pyrophosphorylase activity during grain filling, we set up three planting densities (57 000 plants/hm2, 67 500 plants/hm2 and 78 000 plants/hm2) using the maize cultivars Longping 206 and Zhengdan 958 as materials. The results showed that the size of corn starch granules ranged from 0.4 to 30.0 μm, with increasing trend over the increase of planting density. The volume distribution of corn starch granules showed a bimodal curve, and a three-peak surface area distribution. With the increase of plant density, the volume and surface area percentage of medium starch granules decreased (3~18 μm) significantly, while the volume and surface area percentage of large starch granules (>18 μm) increased significantly. The distribution of starch granules showed a single peak curve, and the planting density had no significant effect on the distribution of starch granules of the two cultivars. The activity of ADPG pyrophosphorylase decreased in the filling stage of the two maize cultivars with increasing planting density.
